Multi-story zones and zone assignment to elements lists

So, this is my mission, up to now.
I have to model 1 big home with 3 main parts.
1) Meeting place for friendly reunions.
2) The actual home
3) Extension of rooms in 2nd floor.

I am experimenting with schedules listing all materials involved.
I want one column to be the zone.
Generating only 3 zones, from stories -1 to 3 (all stories involved), elements don't get assigned to those zones.

I am attaching pictures of this.

I guess from this behavior that Zones are not interacting un "linked stories" property.
