I have received a BIMx model. Is it somehow possible to create material take-offs/schedules from this or do we absolutely need the open the PLN in Archicad?
The BIMx model is purely to view the model (and documentation if attached) - and you can inquire some of the properties of the elements, but not schedule them.
For that you do need the original PLN file.
