Shortcut for marquee tool

I created a shortcut for the "Marquee" tool, but at first could not find the command listed!

I changed the command listing in the "customize keyboard shortcuts" to "all commands in alphabetical order" (it is set to "current menu structure" by default), and then was able to create a shortcut...

If you do not look for "All Commands" then you will only see those commands you already have in your menus.

If it is not already in your menus, you won't see it.

It really needs to default to show all commands rather than menu structure.
