Transferring views and layouts between files

Hello

I am trying to create a new project template file. 

My question is: Is it possible to transfer over the navigator setup of views and folders and layouts from one project over to another?

Views in the View Map - no.

They must be recreated in each file (obviously best to set them up in your template which is what you are doing).

Layouts (and master layouts) - yes.

Use the Organiser and you can browse for another file or simply open in another Archicad and you can choose it from a list of 'running' files.

But be aware any drawings placed on those layouts will link to the original file and not the one you are bringing the layouts into.

You will either need to delete all of the drawings and place new ones from the views in your view map, or re-link them internally to the views in your view map.
