Each View has its own Settings, where you can assign the Centimetres Dimensioning preference you created. In the Navigator, select your Views, click on the Settings... button and assign the Centimetres dimension preference under 2D/3D Documents > Dimensioning:
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
