Wall schedule

I am making a wall schedule for estimation and after adding renovation status, the schedule shows other items than walls.  Why is it so?

try adding the brackets "(" and ")" before & after the Renovation criteria, so it reads like:

(Renovation status is Existing or Renovation status is New)
