Workflow for collaboration model

Hi Guy,

When working in real project for each discipline we will separate one master model such as Arc master model, Str master model, MEP master model OR All discipline in one model?

Each discipline will separate by multi model by floor example A_Base, A_Floor 1,...,A_Roof, S_Base,...,S_Roof OR one model File?

Any one can share a demo video or share experience to collaboration in real project?
