Zone stamp location at different scales

Is there a way with the zone 01 24 to have the stamp in different locations at different scales besides manipulating the anchor point location?

Zone 01 24 does not have this feature, but 02 24 does. It has editable hotspot in the middle, that let to move the stamp to different locations at scales 1:50, 1:100 and 1:200
