all showing in plan but not 3D

all showing in plan but not 3D

We have all the correct layers showing in plan - but when we go to 3d some are not showing.

Its a pretty big model - but still should all be showing and we have tried all the usual layer and view settings

Any thoughts

Check the View\Elements in 3D View\Filter Elements i 3D Dialog to see which elements, Stories are enabled to show.
Also, you may have a Marquee on the Floor Plan and that limits what is shown in 3D.
