layout in archicad 10

i have a problem, if i have a plan in layout and in a plan i create a new layer with a new design in a layout i don't see the new design

The view you placed on the layout uses a Layer Combination to control which layers are shown on the layout.

In order to show any new layers you create, you must add them to the Layer Combination.
