Who are you? Have I seen you before? 😉

more seriously, I suppose you're a new user of the G5. Did the installation work as expected?

Installing was fine - I built a custom steel cage to keep in all that aluminium power. That "lads" wo't get this one.

I can't believe how long it takes to establish software. I have over 100 applications to re-install.

AAAArrgh.... where are those serial numbers???

That 10kb limit is tricky.
How would I make the file small enough?

This is really the place for beginners. Aren't we all?

I have all my serial numbers, passwords and such in an old (Classic) Notebook document. I don't even know where it's stored. I could just as well have post-its on the screen with the passwords. You know we're all headed for the grave anyway.

Is that Dwight showing how big his head is?
Well, he deserves it after writing that fabulous book on Illustration, and giving riveting presentations at ACUE. Anyone who isn't planning to visit sunny Pomona CA in March 04 is really going to miss out!

Glad you'll be going, Cathy ... I've enjoyed your posts here (well, mostly 'there') and look forward to meeting you and everybody else who's going to Pomona.

That has been animated by Karl to show me performing "Tai Chi For the New Millenium."

You might know that tai chi is a series of interconnected moves performed with gravity and grace. These moves have names:
"fair lady moves the shuttles",
"part the wild horse's mane",
"crane bird dries its wings."

I made up a tai chi that addressed the vague gestures our bosses make when explaining the design of a new structure - called "Architect explains the concept."

Don't forget
"Resting chin on hand while staring blankly"
"Over-redundant head nod of repetition"
"Thoughtfull palm pilot pre-entry stance"
"Must have caffeine two handed head embrace" (my personal favorite).
