Hi,
I have been trying to run the energy simulation. Apparently these two errors have been keep popping up.
ID . 10 Climate file could not opened.
ID . 42 Climate file does not exist.
Project location and other data have been entered correctly.
I have tried to use climate data from both the Strusoft Climate sever and .ewp file directly.
But the same errors occurred.
I tried to find solutions for this issue but couldn't find it at all.
Thanks in advanced for the answers.

Dear Pyayt,
Thank you for the question, and I am very sorry about the issue!
I'm wondering if you import the climate file into a brand new file, does it work on that file?
There can be a couple of reasons why the climate file can't be opened by Archicad. Since the data is visible as shown in the screenshot, I believe the issue may not come from Archicad. I will forward the information to the Technical Support team for further investigation. In the meantime, could you share with us the climate file you are using?
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Minh
