Eco Designer - Thermal Blocks Don't Contain Structures

Hello,

I'm having an issue trying to work with the Eco Designer in Archicad 28.

I repeatedly get the error:

Project does not contain a Thermal Block

Warning:

One or more Thermal Blocks do not contain any structures.

Please could somebody assist, explain or point me to some reading material. 

It's a frustrating road block that I can't find material on to try and solve.

I have done this but still don't see structures appearing?
