Archicad 15 Teamwork Duplicate Libraries Libraries Reloading

Hi,

We are running Archicad 15 on teamwork and have problems when we send and receive of libraries reloading and slowing down the projects. The library manager shows duplicate libraries which may be the cause. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

We would greatly appreciate any feedback.
