I have a customer running a BIM server where one (might be two) of the close to twenty users see the BIM Server as offline when ArchiCAD is started. She can then select "Add more BIM Servers" and type the server IP in the address field. Everything is fine until she restarts ArchiCAD. This is all on a wired network and there are no other (known) network problems. Is there some kind of preference file that can be deleted?
This user is running ArchiCAD 15 hotfix 5 on Mac OS X 10.6.8. The BIM Server is also a Mac if that could matter.
