BIM server 19 update

I have the BIM server installed and I'm trying to install the latest hotfix but it says it cannot locate ArchiCAD to update. What am I missing? We have individuals operating with the latest hotfix but we can't get the BIM server to the same build.

This usually happens if you're trying to install a hotfix intended for ArchiCAD to the BIM Server. Not all hotfixes are for BIM Server.

For example, AC19 update 4013 is for ArchiCAD only but it's compatible with update 4011 which is for both ArchiCAD and BIM Server.
