Graphisoft store down ? Can't buy BIMcloud Seats

Hi Guys

 

We have 6 perpetual licences that we're looking to add to our current BIMcloud Server [currently 21 users].

 

The issue is the AC web store has been down for 3 weeks and we cannot purchase these seats to add them to our teamwork projects. We've contacted our local reseller, who apparently cannot purchase these on our behalf.

 

Our office is in Australia.

We have staff who cannot work. We're asking for someone to please allow us to pucrahse licences on the BIMcloud to allow our staff to work.

 

To further complicate things in the first week of May our 21 current BIMcloud seats need renewal and we need to ensure that this can happen seamlessly or our business cannot operate. 
Does anyone have an idea on how we can purchase these BIMcloud seats? Or contact details for who we can purchase this from?

Central Innovation should be able to help you.

If they can't they need to get onto Graphisoft HQ and get the store thing sorted out.

 

I have no idea if this will help.

Log in with your Graphisoft ID and then click the 'Submit a request' button at the top.

There are 2 choices for enquiries - one is for the Graphisoft Store.

Can't hurt to try that.

Hey, i'm trying to download the trial version, as i'm looking at switching software but unfortunately the Graphisoft store is down and wont let me download anything.

 

is there any solution to this issue?

I can believe the store has been down for a month now.

As the message says, contact your local partner, which judging from you e-mail address will be Central Innovation.

I tried contacting them yesterday by phone and e-mail (as I am locked out of the MiCi support portal for some reason) and I have not heard back from them yet.

All you can do is try.

8 months later and I still cannot purchase a license online in the UK. Its like Graphisoft don't want my money!
