When trying to sign into the Graphisoft Licence Manager Tool I get a message saying that it does not support MFA. Is this actually a thing, a major shortcoming?
Also, is there a way to stay signed in? Not being able minimise or close the tool to the task bar, and hence subsiquently needing to re-sign in later if you do not want the tool being an active window, is causing issues. Why do you even need to be signed in to upload your licence...?
Gradually getting more annoyed that our reseller will not supply hardware keys...

MFA... guess I'm remoting to use a hardware key since I cannot login to the license manager.... What's the point of having MFA when it does not work with your licensing software...

Hm. SaaS works with MFA, so I guess they are not bothering to update the License Manager in order to push subscription...

When someone is getting more and more annoyed at always having to regularly re-sign into the licence manger with it frequently getting stuck loading licence information, that they want to swap with your hardware key, but you cannot using a software key because you have MFA enabled... Sounds like I may have to disable Graphisofts latest security feature...
I have also just found out that MFA is not fully supported with SaaS. BimCloud SaaS 22-26 DO NOT SUPPORT MFA, while BimCloud SaaS 27 and up REQUIRE it... Hopefully no one using SaaS has projects running in multiple AC versions...

Hi Ling,
Thanks for raising this - the MFA and BIMcloud SaaS compatibility topic can definitely be a bit tricky. Here’s how it works:
So if the team needs to work in Archicad 22-26 and Archicad 27 or above on the same BIMcloud SaaS, the setup must be the Legacy authentication mode with MFA turned off.
Best regards,
Niki

Any input on why the Licence Manager cannot just stay signed in? Or who decided to disable the default minimise window function?
