I'm trying to download a software license from the company pool, but the sign in button does not seem to work. I'm on a Mac Studio M4 Max running OS 15.5.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is it possible related to firewall or restricted access to the internet?
I've attached a screenshot - I can sign in to my account on the web.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I second this; I've had this issue for a while and not found a solution yet!

Make sure you have the latest version installed. Sometimes, uninstalling and reinstalling the LM resolves the issue. Good luck.

Ok so my local reseller just fixed this for me.
Close down LMT and open the terminal
Run the command;
cmu --delete-cmact-license --serial 128-25614589
I copy pasted the above command, but have replaced the serial code with the one in your screenshot.
This solved it for me.
