BIM server on AWS EC2 instance with elastic IP - Connection

I get Connection Error when setting up Server Address


http://(elastic ip address):20000

Ports 20000 & 20001 are open in Windows Server 2012 r2 (on AWS EC2) and in the EC2 instance.

Any ideas on what can be wrong?
