For some reason the BIMCloud Software as a service will randomly not be able to find the archicad cloud license for individual users. It will kick people into offline and and they are not able to do any more work and they have to force quit archicad which can result in lose of work if the backup isn't recent. Does anyone know why this is happening? I have a screenshot of the message I received in the BIMCloud website. The only way I have found to fix this is to go to graphisoft and remove the license from the user and give it back to them.
