BIMCloud libraries loading, but as 0K (empty)

We have a user experiencing an issue where she logs into the AC22 BIMCloud server and her project libraries load, but show as 0K in size. Materials are the checkerboard black and purple with the typical black dots for libary parts, but the libraries show as loaded.

When she tries to download the libraries as a local file, they don't show up in the folder they were pointed to download to.

She's on a MAC. She's tried leaving the project, reloading the libraries, rebooted, she has plenty of hard drive space.

The libraries load and work fine for everyone else.

Anyone else experience this before?
AC 6-27 - Intel i9-9900K - RTX3090 - Windows 11 - 64GB RAM

Hello!

My name is Máté Marozsán from GRAPHISOFT.
Our recommendation would be to use the Local Data Manager from ARCHICAD and delete the Projects and Libraries then leave and rejoin the project.
