BIMcloud SaaS suddenly became inaccessible

We are currently experiencing a critical issue with our BIMcloud SaaS server. While our team was actively working on a Teamwork project, the server suddenly became inaccessible, and now none of our team members can connect.

Dear @core,

We identified that a limited number of tenants experienced an outage, resulting in BIMcloud being inaccessible both from web browsers and from Archicad.

Our development has already identified the root cause and is actively working on the fix. As a result, the affected tenants are being restored and most of them are already available again.

All the BIMcloud tenants are fixed, none of them should have the issue anymore.
