BIMcloud detailed managment

I am a student, using a student license both in Archicad and BIMcloud.

at this moment me and my colleague are working on a project, but we face a problem with reserved items.

each time one of us has to work the other one has to grant permission. Is there a way for us to have permanent permission to work? i saw that in detailed manager you can grant it to each user, but in my case it seems i can't have access to even select detailed management.
