Connection error when setting up bim clod manager

Hello everyone, need some help to setup bim cloud manager. When i have to Set Up Server Address i can't continue neither whit pc adress or ip adress. The massage is `CONNECTION ERROR` AND THST'S IT. Can ypu help me? Please
