Do I need BIM server installed on a non-server computer?

Just wondering if I need to install the BIM Server manager on a computer that isn't going to be running a server, just working on a teamwork project from another server computer.

My guess is no...

BS Manager can be installed on any computer that you want to have access and administrative control of projects and libraries on the BIM Server.

No. It only needs to be on the computer that you want to "administer" the BIM project(s). BS Manager isn't needed to work on a TW2 project.
