Elements not editable

I logged in a teamwork project and some elements are not editable, but i'm Server and project administrator and leaf architect, why?

Glad to help. In Teamwork, just about anything has to be reserved by you before editing except new elements you are creating before sending changes. That includes project settings such as layer manager, story settings, materials, etc. There are reserve buttons in their dedicated dialog boxes. Even the navigator window has its own reserve button for view map, layout book, and publisher set settings.
