I forgot my password for Graphic ID and cannot log in to our team project. When I click on “Forgot Password,” I receive a message asking me to contact the server administrator to reset it. What does the administrator need to configure, and where exactly, so I can reset my password myself?

On this page, I can log in, but not for the wildcards.bimcloud project.
