Having problem to log in

Yesterday evening we were working on a group project and we got a pop up telling me to login to edu-europe.bimcloud.com. Whatever I do I can't log back in and work on our project. Invalid login name or password... When trying to change the password, login to do so isn't recognised either. Seemed like an issue with ssl certificate but apparently it was fixed and we still havethis problem. Any suggestions to fix it?

Have you tried running a network diagnostic?

Yes, everything seems to be alright with the server. I think I know what is the issue. We used bimcloud service during our last semester in cad class. Seems like we used the same server given us for this class. It was "expired" and we shouldn't have used it during this semester. We did a request earlier and we thought it was renewed... Well I guess our project is lost and we have to redraw everything asap.

I still have cache files. Is there a way to retrieve information from them?

BIMcloud hosting was complete out of service last night... you should be able to connect now

i think the SSL certificate issue may have been fixed but your login problem could be a separate account or authentication issue, if password reset isnt recognizing your username/email either, first verify that youre using the exact account that was originally invited to the BIMcloud project, becuase sometimes a person accidentally try a different email address and the system reports invalid  credentials
