Hotlinked PLN on TW project doesn't update

We have a PLN file hotlinked to a TW project, when we change things on the PLN file, and then go to the TW project hotlink manager the PLN appears as "modified", but after clicking "update" the changes are not reflected to the TW file. The process seems to work, the hotlink appears up-to-date, but the version shown is the old one...

Anyone else having the same issue???

I am having a similar problem, but it is only happening with SOME of the dimension strings, or PART of a dimension string. Very strange.
