I am very new to using Teamwork and BIMCloud SaaS.
I have successfully transfered local files into the cloud and so far so good. But, I have some attribute synchronization to do and I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
Using the attributes palette, I would like to import attributes from another BIMCloud project. Before that, I reserved all. Within Import Attributes dialog box, I can select option "Browse from BIMCloud..." where the projects are stored. However, all the projects are grayed out and I cannot select any of them.
As a user, I'm placed in two groups: ArchiCAD - Architect (whose access I have expanded from default options) and in Full Access, so this SHOULD NOT be an issue. I can normally open those same files that are grayed out, so it's not that they're normally not accessible. They're just not accessible in this dialog box.
Is there something I overlooked? What should I check?
Thank you!

Importing attributes works fine from a local file, so I have managed to do what I wanted from the last version of the file before I shared it to BIMCloud. However, in the future, I will still need to import attributes from BIMCloud projects.
