Joining some BCaaS using my own Full license

I have a Full license on a hardware key, “Archicad 29 US American Commercial NET License”. I want to join into a project on someone else's BCaaS BIMcloud. A couple of years ago I could do that with the server address –now I am getting flooded with emails and papers and knowledge base articles talking about a thousand kind of licenses, "portable", "Collaborate",  and the need to set up something in my own GS ID company or whatever. Is this correct? Have things changed a lot, "Full" is now not really full, or there is some confusion somewhere?

[According to https://support.graphisoft.com/hc/en-us/articles/29089586577809-Portable-cloud-licenses-Frequently-A... point 1, a commercial license can “be used as portable license”, whatever that is.

ChatGPT however just describes the procedure as I remember it: https://chatgpt.com/share/69a7a7ff-be78-8007-bee5-cb500af9c205 ]

I am assuming you have a BIMCloud SaaS licence? That needs to be assigned to your GSID and set to portable. Or I think the host can assign you a licence as well.

ps. I have not used SaaS

pss. Full has not really been full since they first introduced Subscription Licences....

If anybody could confirm the following info sent by Support to the BCaaS owner, and if true please translate it or ideally convert into actionable step-by-step instructions, I would be so grateful. I don't have a BCaaS license (which back in the days was a service you acquired for having GS host your BIMcloud), I don't need to run a server at the moment.

They use “license” without specifying which one they are talking about. Second paragraph: if I create a new email, doesn't that collide with my GS ID associated to my Archicad license?

“Based on Graphisoft's licensing rules, a guest member (such as your remote collaborator) cannot use a floating license from your Host Company. They can only use a portable license assigned to them in their own Home Company. This means that even if you have available floating licenses, you cannot assign them to a guest member. The guest can only use their own portable license to access your BIMcloud projects, and only on one BIMcloud SaaS at a time. When they log off, their license is released for their own use elsewhere, but not for your company's floating pool.

“If you want the remote user to use your company's floating license, they would need to become a regular member of your company, which would require them to leave their current Home Company or creating a new email for them to be connected to your account. Otherwise, they must use their own portable license from their Home Company to access your BIMcloud as a guest.”
