Keyboard Shortcuts not saved

I am using AC23 on Windows 10. I have been using my own customised keyboard shortcuts for ages which have been working just fine, but just in the last week or so I have noticed that they don't get saved when I close down a Teamwork project and start it again the next day. I have to set them all up again each day.
Has anyone else had this one?

I've not seen or heard of that... however, you should never have to set them up again if you are using the Work Environment properly ... with a named scheme for each of the schemes, all listed in your named WE. Nothing should change your shortcuts on its own (bug if so) - but if it happens, you just load your named shortcut scheme again.
