Mismatched versions of BIMCloud Server and Manager

We are running BIMCloud Server through a Mac mini in our office. We updated to the latest version - both the Server and Manager files. But the server is now inaccessible. Furthermore the BIMCloud Server version is still listed as the old version when examining it within the Manager. There is no longer an option to reinstall the Server app and using the repair feature does nothing.
With several projects currently active we are reluctant to do a clean install.
Is there a way to repair or replace the BIMCloud Server non-destructively?
Or - at the very least- a way to import a files in BIMProject format without going through BIMCloud so we can keep working?

In this case the data can be restored, but only manually. Please write me a private message to talk about details, as most probably a remote session will be needed.
