Unable to activate graphisoft ID in bimcloud basic

When I first started bimcloud basic. The manager asked me to activate graphissoft Id. But the webpage has been stopped and can't move.
Is this due to a problem with my computer network settings, or is it a problem with the server at GRAPHISOFT?

A few weeks ago we had some issues on our side with BIMcloud Basic activation, but these are fixed already.

Do you still experience this issue?
