My server disappears from my Archicad Manager

Hello, Iam usign BimCloud Basic 23, with Archicad 23 3003 teamwork with hamachi.

Its third time that in the bimcloud manager the server disappear from nothing and i cant restore it.
The only solution that works for me its to re-install everything.

Anyone knows if its a common bug? or if its something in my configuration.

Sorry to read about your issue - it is not normal at all that your BIMcloud Server is frequently disappearing.

Instead of reinstall, I suggest this article: https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/86871/

Which BIMcloud version do you use? When the Server disappears, is it only in Archicad or you see the same on the Manager interface and within the tray icon?
