We're an office of roughly 13, trying to make the transition from Autodesk to ArchiCAD. Myself and a few others have been working in ArchiCAD more so lately, whether it be because of experience with the program or picking it up. Regardless, while only a few people are usually on ArchiCAD teamwork at a time, we appear to have one person at a time getting knocked offline. I don't think that it affecting one person at a time is more than a coincidence, but while in teamwork we will send and receive like normal but randomly it will cease to work, claiming the server cannot be reached and we get knocked offline. Then when we run a diagnostic, it says it cannot reach any known addresses. We've tried clearing cache data, restarting, etc., but this continues to happen. Looking for some help on this one.

Which version of BIMCloud are you using? BIMCloud Basic or BIMCloud SaaS?
