Problems with Teamwork !!

We have a teamwork project which takes over 30 minutes to sign into. The file is approximately 330Mg. Our current network speed runs at 100bps (We are upgrading to 1000bps, but not until Sept). When working within the file, its a bit slow, but usable and at most there are only 5 people working within the project.

If you have any ideas into how I can improve this, I'd be most grateful.

The best advice I can give you is to find a way to cut down the file size, maybe breaking it into pieces and hotlinking them together,.

On a 100 baseT network, there's not a whole lot you can do.

Is this project in AC9? If so, i'd upgrade it to AC10 so it's at least compressed.

The project is in AC9, I'm reluctant to upgrade, because the project is coming to an end in 2 months. However if the users can not work with it, it maybe the only way forward.

I'll sit down work the team and discuss whether there are any aspects of the project that can be formed into hotlinks.
