TW user icons greyed out?

I have 'greyed out' TW icons eventhough we are ALL logged in and online...what gives? How to fix?

update guys!...it definitely was the JAVA version upgrade which knocked out the Messaging port on the BIMserver software.
So...for those of you who get your TW avatar icons greyed out...first check to make sure the PC/server where your BIMServer software resides has the latest JAVA version (I think that was version 7-upgrade 21) was what I was told from GS techs.....thanks for resolving this for us.
