In Teamwork you use an intranet connection (wifi or RJ45 etc ...)
It would be necessary to look at the quality of the RJ45 cable or the position of the computer station in wifi (in a corner or behind a metal plate etc ...)
I think the slow synchronization is not due to the BIM server but rather to the connection
You had to try to delete all the local teamwork files too
