Teammember problem with teamproject

Hi there,

One of our teammembers doesn't seem to have its library working proberly in a teamproject.
With al he's modeling everything is purple and black.
According to the library manager eveythings seems to be oké.
At 'Surfaces' it shows that ArchiCad can't find its surface file.
Any suggestions?

Hello,

I suspect that the user has a long name and the library contains long paths (either too many folder levels or long object names) and when the library data is downloaded, Archicad fails to read the files.

Try to reduce library object names to minimal, it might fix the issue for your unlucky colleague too. If not, I suggest to contact your local support with a Support Package, so they can help you find the reason.
