Windows 10 cannot complete access of teamwork file

Picked up a new laptop and when I try to access my clients BIM servers the project gets to step 4 post processing and locks up. Laptop specs below. I can access their BIM servers using my PC with windows 7 but not the new laptop. Any help is appreciated.

This is just a wild hunch but do you have a program running call "GeForce Experience" ?
If so try stopping it and if that works uninstall it completely.
