adding libraries and permissions

hello.

i have created a bimcloud educational project as a team leader. after every team member had joined, i tried to add local libraries to the project. everytime a window pops up saying that i don't have the necessary permissions. in the bimcloud, i can't find any option to manage permissions. how can i manage access and add libraries?

when i attempt to click on the link, the following message appears: "You do not have permission to view this directory or page.".

Seems to be an INT user SaaS link.
