window ganging marker

Another work for weird windows options setup in the Archicad USA library. If I do window ganging, how do I label it to make it look like one window or door? 

I can do it manually by disabling one maker and adding a number to another. But is there a way to do it automatically?

There is no way you can link ganged windows as one element with one ID unfortunately although this would be great and I believe there have been several requests for this over the years. We normally label them with the same code but suffixed ‘A’, ‘B’ etc. they schedule separately but then we add a custom note to the schedule to confirm they are linked together.
