Can someone explain to me (i searched) how to create windows in Archicad? I see many different window styles you can select from the library, but I cannot find a way to make a simple change where I want to make one window with one sash casement and next to it fixed. This must be very simple, but it is not. I use Cadimage for this reason, but I am sure there is a way to do it from Archicad natively without an addon.
I see a lot of tutorials online, but none of them explain how to make a simple window with different openings for the sashes. I use the SOLO USA version, and there is no basic window in it.

I just loaded the same libraries.
You should find that all of those duplicates are just image files for the settings dialogues.
This is one of the complications with mixing libraries, but in this case you can ignore them.
Ignore the duplicate custom components as well.
You will just have 2 locations in your library where you will find objects doors and windows.
Note that I do not have the USA monolithic library, so in my images you see the basic windows twice.
These are the default windows in the INT/AUS libraries.

Scan through the list of duplicates and if they are all image files (tifs and jpgs) you should be fine.
Having duplicates isn't really a problem, it just means you will have a two places to choose the same or very similar objects.
There may be slight differences between them, but if you don't notice then it doesn't really matter.
With the library packs you can load the INT and USA (and any other language) packs all at the same time.
There will be no duplicates.
What you don't want to do is load the library packs and the old monolith libraries.
That is when things start to get mixed up.
For old jobs you keep using the old libraries.
With new jobs you use a new template and the new global libraries.

If you use the built in double window you can work your way through the parameters and set the style of each pane separately. There are loads of options available. You can have one side as an opening sash and the other as fixed glass or even a fixed sash. It can have a lower fixed pane and opening top light. There’s loads of options available.

This is the International guide but the USA version should be similar.

Well, that's the options I don't see. Look at Cadimage window. One casement, and two fixed sashes. How do I do this without cadimage addon?

Even by looking at this link, where is the option to make two sash windows, one casement sash and a fixed sash beside it? I can only select either a casement or a fixed window.

US library shananigans...
Had a quick flick through the US Door & Window Libpack, and you cannot change the opening types for any of the windows? That is worse than I thought... Or am I missing some other US specific libpack?
Hopefully some other US user can help once they wake up...

INTEXHOMES is using the version 27 library, so no library packs involved.
The INT windows in 28 global library packs will have the separate sash types (depending on the window).

Yes, I am looking for these settings, but mine are not available for some reason. Any idea why could that be?
