Handles visible in symbolic plan added to Doors USA

Visible handles in a symbolic plan are on the wish list of many Archicad users.
We have good news: we've made that wish come true!

Doors from the USA (Doors and Windows USA.libpack), allow you to choose different handles on each side of the door.
We've adapted this doors to allow these handles to be visible in a symbolic plan.
