2d symbol Doors and windows not visible

Hi,

While linking IFC files using Graphisoft add-ins, the 2D symbols for doors and windows are not visible. I have tried various methods to resolve this, including adjusting the view range and hiding direct shapes, but the issue persists.

I also attempted using the improved IFC import feature in the Graphisoft add-in. However, when using this option, the 2D symbols were retained, but the 3D doors and windows were deleted, leaving only their openings.

Are there any possible solutions to this issue?

Is this a C++ API question?

You mention add-ons.

If so I will move it there.

Add-In is how an extension is called in Revit.

Direct Shapes is also Revit terminology, and by Graphisoft Add-In I think the OP refers to the "IFC Model Exchange with Archicad for Revit" Add-In that can be installed for Revit.

So, this is an IFC Interoperability question, and I have moved the topic anf changed the Labels accordingly.

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to these questions.
