we are at the end of our rope here.
I better not lose my job over this "error issue".

Rob,
I agree with Karl here about Tech support.
If you have such issues you should be contacting Graphisoft North America support instead of posting it here. If it is a more serious issue then people on the Forum won't be able to help anyway.
I suppose you guys have a subscription, which also comes with support? So why not use it? It will lead to a much faster resolution of the problem than posting it here. So why not go to Graphisoft support first where it will wind up anyway? If it is such a critical issue then why add all the time wating on the forum for answers, clarifying, then at the end turning to support anyway?

will proceed with the GS Archiplus support route then.
thank you,
I post here sometimes because....well, by the time I send that "package" for GS to review and get back to me on....perhaps some folks here have had the same experiences and could shed some light onto the matter at hand.
I'm proactive about trying multiple avenues to find a solution to our office error problems.....especially when we have horrible looming deadlines and major "fires" to put out 24-7 but I know I'm preaching to the choir here folks....thanks.
will go the Archiplus Support route as suggested.

We are on the Archiplus program/Subscription program.
GS has been most helpful in this manner.
But......they always resort to...."Send me the diagnostic package please".
That's fine. Just wondering WTH is going on here.
Supposedly, Levy was watching me on a join.me session and saw how disastrously slow my communication was to the BIM Sever....that's when he suggested for me to send GS that diagnostic package.
Haven't heard back so...that's where we stand.
