3d Perspective and Axo View Not Working

Its not the usual Azimuth problem that has been talked about on this forum. Any Ideas??

The first thing I would try would be a reboot.
I am puzzled as to why the camera height (3') appears to be lower than your target height (13'), and yet the view in the second image is looking down, and also why the camera is not showing up in the perspective settings plan. Are these the same view / settings or different views?
Does this happen in all 3d window modes, eg openGL shading / internal engine shading, hidden line and wireframe?
Machine / graphics card specs and AC version might help too. (I see the AC10 logo on the first image)

-Ok so after trying to figure this all out i noticed that its only happening in the Open GL mode
-Yes those screen shots in the previous post are from 2 different times
2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB Ram
Intel GMA 950 graphics processor with 64MB of DDR2 SDRAM shared with main memory4
AC10 EDU Version
Open GL Settings

Internal Engine
