Yes. In ArchiCAD go to: Help > ArchiCAD 11 Goodies

It links you to the web site for all the GS-made add ons.

It's the Construction Simulation add-on. It lets you make an animation of your project with elements appearing in the order that they will be built. It's usually tied to dates and elapsed time.
